Sento-Gosho
Sento Gosho Imperial Palace is south-east of Kyoto Gosho Imperial Palace. This palace was made for Emperor who resigned their position in 1630. The main building was burnt down for six times. However, when fire broke out in 1854, there was no more reconstruction. Therefore, now there are only a gate and garden which is pond strolling garden. When Japanese maple trees turn out red and yellow in autumn, the combination of garden and those trees are really beautiful. It is necessary to make the reservation in advance for visit at the Imperial Palace office in Kyoto.
