Hogon-In
Hougon-in Temple is sub-temple of Tenryu-ji Temple. This temple was built by Hosokawa Yoriyuki in 1461. The temple has a pond strolling style garden, and you can enjoy great atmosphere by walking, hearing birds’ warbling and wind’s blowing. You can also enjoy beauty of four seasons here in this temple. Especially the garden in spring and autumn is amazing. In spring, cherry blossoms bloom and trees turned into red and yellow in autumn. Hougon-in Temple is open to the public only part of the spring and autumn period.
